If you have previously placed your subscription on a temporary hold, you can re-activate your subscription through your SimplySwim site.


If you have previously cancelled your subscription (not placed it on a temporary hold), you will need to contact Support and create a new account.


To re-activate a temporary hold:


1. Log into your SimplySwim site as per usual. 



2. You can click on the "Upgrade your Subscription Here"

 or you can click on the "Configuration" tab.



3. Under "Your Subscription" click on "Change Subscription Plan".



4. From here you will need to select the subscription plan you wish to have by clicking on the "Choose Product" button. (Prices below may not be current).


4. Follow the steps to confirm your selection. An invoice will be generated if payment is required once a payment is processed your SimplySwim site will reflect your subscription choices.
