Choosing a Subscription Plan after your 90 Day Trial

Your 90 day trial of SimplySwim is coming to an end or has finished and you need to choose a subscription plan. What do you need to do?


1. Choose a plan.

Your trial gave you access to all the features available in SimplySwim which are included in the Elite subscription plan. All subscription plan options are available to view on our website: https://www.simplyswim.com.au/pricing/ to help you make an informed decision.


2. Enter your payment details and select your chosen subscription plan.

Either click on "update your subscription details here" in the top bar of your site:


OR


Go to Configuration and click on "Change Subscription Plan" in the top right hand corner of your site under the "Your Subscription" section.


You will need to add in your credit card details:


Click on "Home" and then "View Details" next to your "SimplySwim - SimplySwim - 90 Day Improvement Promise - Account Managed" service product:


Then click "Upgrade":


Then click on "Choose Product" for the Subscription plan you wish to use:


Click "Continue" to finalise the payment and subscription plan selection or click "Back to Service Details" to change plans:




You can change your subscription plan at any time, to upgrade, downgrade or cancel. This article provides further details: How to change your Subscription Plan
