A unique family identifier or reference can be created and applied to each family if required. This may be an external reference or an identifier that links a family to another system (School Management, DirectDebit, Gym Membership etc).
1. Click on the "Configuration" Tab.
2. Under "Company" click on "System Setup"
3. Click on "Family/Student"
4. Edit the entry for "Family Reference Label". This can be a School ID number for school based swim schools, or a Gym Membership or any Membership number.
5. This will then show on the Family Information screen. See image below.
6. Reference values can be updated after application by clicking the 'Edit Family Name & Address' link on any Family.
