Learning a new program can be a little scary and we at SimplySwim recognise that. To help you we have put together this list of "Golden Rules" to help you along the way.
Configuration - Take the time to go through the configuration properly.
The configuration is where you tell SimplySwim how to do what it does. The settings in here control every single operation SimplySwim performs so it is important to get it right.
The team at SimplySwim are more than happy to walk you through the configuration to set it up to best suit the way your swim school operates. Send them an email and they will schedule a time to go through it with you.
Changing a Child's Class - End the current enrolment before putting them into the new class!
This is our number one support issue, especially when there is a discount for swimming more than one lesson a week. Be mindful of dates.
What will happen if?????? - Create a test family to try it out on
We strongly recommend having a Family (with Students) in SimplySwim that you can "Try" things out on. This will allow you to try things without affecting a real family's account or data.
Ask Support - That is what we are here for
We are happy to help and there is no question too big or small! In fact most of the time when you are unsure about a function or how to do something, asking us is the best way to go about it. Asking for help from the SimplySwim support team can save both you and us a lot of time and frustration in the future.
