Logo requirements
- PNG or JPG Format
- Not larger than 2mb
Uploading your logo
In Configuration go to Communication Preferences > Statement Image / Logo
Click 'Choose File' and browse your computer to locate the required logo file. Once selected, click 'Upload'. If your logo is the wrong format or the file size is too large, it will not upload.
Your logo will now be displayed on your communications.
