How to purchase a day pass on Subscription Hold

If you have put your subscription on hold, you are able to access your site by purchasing a "24 hour DAY PASS access".

To do this log into your SimplySwim site and it will automatically take you to the following screen.

Click on the "Purchase 24 hour Day Pass access" button.

This will take you to the following screen. Here you are able to enter in Credit Card details which will then be processed and you subscription will become active again for use for 24 continuous hours after the payment has been made.
