If you are using our Certificate templates as a base, we have added below a guide on what the fields would need to be for you to reference to and use as a quick guide.  


2 base files have been attached to this article for you to use as a guide and a starting point.



1. To get to the certificates click on the "Configuration" tab.



2. Under "Assessment Levels" click on "Certificates"



3. To add a Certificate click on "Add Certificate Layout"



4. Here you can upload your template.

             Example Level 1 


Required Document Specifications:

  • File Type: JPG or Jpeg
  • File Size: up to 2.5mb

5. Once you have saved your certificate layout it will take you back to the main screen. You will then see the certificate you uploaded. To edit your certificate layout fields click on "Edit Fields"



6. Here you can enable what fields "Auto Filled" will display on your certificates and their positioning. Tick the fields you wish to display. You will then need to position these fields on the certificate. This may take a few turns to get to how you would like it. (Below is an attached example based on our certificate layout imaged again below)


X (mm) - How far in from the left hand side 

Y (mm) - How far down the page

Length (mm) - How wide the field is

Height (mm) -  How far apart the line spacing is
