Enrolment Overview By Date Range Report

Modified on Tue, 13 May at 4:21 PM

Use

Use this report to see a breakdown and total number of your enrolments by week.

This report is intended to be run for a date range of one week (e.g. Monday to Sunday) and looks at your student enrolments, broken down by level and day of week. It also displays your class utilisation based on enrolments and available class spaces.

It counts all of the enrolments and students with enrolments in the date range.

The number of enrolments can include two for one student if the following example occurs.

Student A is enrolled on Tuesday and attended their lesson this week. They are changing to Friday and want to come the Friday this week instead of waiting for the following week, even though they already attended this week. The report would count that as two enrolments for the date range as this week they were enrolled on the Tuesday AND the Friday. Next week, the student would only have one enrolment as they are only enrolled on the Friday in the next week.

TIP: To see your current total numbers, look at your Configuration screen under 'Your Subscription'. This shows your total number of current Active Students and Active Families.
