Sometimes there may be a need to remove old or pending Direct Debit requests.
Payments that have been in a pending state for more than 7 days in the Direct Debit can be removed by a user with the appropriate clearance level.
Where a Pending payment is able to be removed, a link is shown in the Action column as displayed above.
