Our Level Explorer Tool provides you with interactive statistical information on each of your Class Assessment Levels to help you better understand the average time spent in a level and why some students may take more or less time to complete a level.
For example, a high attendance percentage with a higher than average time in the class level could perhaps point to a need to assist the instructor in terms of training or completing assessments, whereas a higher than average amount of time in the class with a low percentage of attendance can pinpoint the lack of progression to inconsistencies in attendance. This can be a useful tool if a parent asks why their child hasn't progressed or to answer questions on how long it generally takes to progress.
Viewing the Level Explorer
Click on any class from the Level you wish to view and click on "View Level Explorer".
This will display all of your enrolments in this class level, not just this class, as well as your total number of classes per week, average class time and waitlist demand for this level.
The breakdown of information on each student includes:
- Student Name
- Age
- Student Level
- Last Level Updated date
- Class Name
- Class Time in Level (hours)
- Attendance % statistic based on the marked attendances and non-attendances.
The student information can be sorted by any of the above headings (except Student Level and Class Name). Any student set to a level that does not match their enrolled level will display in red text. Any student whose class time in the level is above the average will be displayed in orange text or red text, depending on the length of time above the average.
The list is interactive so you can click on the student's name to go directly to their file.
