There may be occasions when you would like to hide classes from your Classes Screen Display. There is a configurable option to hide any classes within a Do Not Bill Period from displaying on your classes screen. The intention behind this is so that you can readily see holiday intensives and clinics without the "noise" of your everyday schedule.
RECCOMENDATION
We strongly recommend to only enable this feature when you are planning and when you are running your holiday intensive classes or clinics. Leaving this feature on full time increases the risk of creating multiple classes for the same day/time or potentially believing there is space in your schedule when there actually is not if you are not careful about selecting the correct dates to view.
To enable this feature:
1. Go to Configuration.
2. Click on System Setup.
3. Click on Scheduling.
4. Tick the box "Hide Classes on Schedule in a Do Not Bill Period".
5. Scroll to the bottom and click "Save Changes".
We recommend that you switch this option off again once you have completed your planning or once the intensives classes have finished.
