How to change the Time selection intervals on Class Scheduling

To assist with adding / editing class times, pre-defined time intervals can be set, so only relevant time options are displayed. The most common interval is 15 minutes, but you can set this to your requirements.

eg: Classes only occur at 15 minute intervals, so only :00, :15, :30 and :45 class time options are required. So 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 45 minutes or 60 minutes duration.

1. Click on the "Configuration" Tab.

2. Under "Company" click on "System Setup"

3. Click on "Scheduling"

4. Edit the entry for "Schedule Interval (mins)" for the time interval you require.

For 5 minute intervals, enter 5.

For 15 minute intervals, enter 15.

Then save the settings.
