When setting up classes they need to be in 24 hour time otherwise you create classes that don't exist.
To remove these classes you will need to change some settings as you won't be able to see them on your schedule.
1. Go into Configuration ---> System Setup ---> Scheduling.
2. Find "Schedule Start Time", this usually will say 05 or 06 in it.
3. Change it to 01 and then save.
4. Go to the classes tab and locate the classes that need to be removed.
5. Once all the classes are removed repeat steps 1-3 and change it back to 05 or 06 instead of 01.
