If you have placed your subscription on a temporary hold please see information below on how to re-activate your subscription through your SimplySwim site.

1. Log into your SimplySwim site as per usual. 

2. You can click on the "Upgrade your Subscription Here"

 or you can click on the "Configuration" tab.

3. Under "Your Subscription" click on "Change Subscription Plan"

4. From here you will need to select the subscription plan you wish to return to or upgrade to.

4. Follow the steps to confirm your selection. An invoice will be generated if payment is required once a payment is processed your SimplySwim site will reflect your subscription choices.
