How to change your Subscription Plan

1. To view or change your subscription plan you will need to go into the "Configuration" tab.

2. The "Your Subscription" section on the right hand side of the screen tells you what plan you are currently on, the renewal frequency, payment method, your next payment due date, your number of Active students and number of Active families in a nutshell. You can click on "View my SimplySwim Subscription Recommendation" or "Update Payment Details" if needed. To view and change your subscription, click on "Change Subscription Plan".

3. This will take you to a new screen that shows what subscription plan you are on and whether it is active. Actions you can perform are on the left hand side of the screen. You can upgrade, downgrade or request to cancel your subscription here.

4. Follow the steps to confirm your selection. An invoice will be generated if payment is required once a payment is processed your SimplySwim site will reflect your subscription choices.
