NSW Active Kids & Creative Kids Vouchers

NSW Government Vouchers can be redeemed by families through the SimplyPortal app (customer portal). The Active Kids Voucher redemption value is receipted against the family account, and the centre does not need to double process the voucher for payment on the family or for the receipt of funds from the NSW Government.


SimplySwim Configuration

Some Configuration of your site needs to take place. Please contact Support via your Help & Support widget or by emailing [email protected] and we can assist with this.


Customer redemption of vouchers

Once your NSW Government voucher interface has been configured, families will see a 'Redeem a Voucher' option in the portal.

Clicking on the above will then allow them to enter in a voucher code and then click 'Verify'. Only one voucher can be redeemed at a time. If they have multiple vouchers, they would repeat the steps for each voucher.


A confirmation screen will then display the entered voucher number and amount. A green tick indicates the voucher is redeemable. The family would then click 'Redeem Now'.


A confirmation message will be displayed when a voucher is successfully redeemed. 

The payment will be displayed in their account transactions (if transaction display is enabled) and receipted on their family account in SimplySwim.

If a family has another voucher, they would repeat the process.


What if a family tries to redeem a voucher that has already been used?

A "voucher used" error message would display and the redemption process would not proceed further.


What if an incorrect code is entered?

A "voucher not found" error message would display and the redemption process would not proceed further.
