Email your Clients with the information.
Here is an idea of what to include in your email template.
Just copy and paste the content into an email template and bulk email all of your active clients. Make sure to add your location code.

SimplyPortal app is now available on the App Store & on Google Play
SimplyPortal makes it even easier for you, our Families, to manage attendance and makeup classes, review account details, make payments, update and set up banking details plus so much more.
It's as easy as 1, 2, 3 for you to get started:
1. Download the SimplyPortal app from the app store
2. Hit the "Find Centre Near Me" button & enter the Site ID assigned to our centre our location code is B110###
3. Login using your Family Portal email address and password
THEN..... that's it, you're done
Please download the app today - Not only is it faster to use, but it uses fewer resources to run, not to mention it's super user friendly and all wrapped up in the convenience of one app for your phone!

Make a poster and add on the QR code below to direct them easily to the correct place to download it for their type of phone.
