MAKE SURE YOU CHANGE THE LOCATION CODE TO BE YOUR UNIQUE SITE ID - it will be a number beginning with b110___ and you can find it at the very top of the System Information section on the Configuration Screen.
Use the "SimplyPortal (app) User" Campaign Condition to specifically contact those families who have not installed the SimplyPortal App.
