Logging In & Forgotten Password

To log into SimplySwim, click the URL link in your Welcome Email. 

This URL is where you will always access your SimplySwim site.  

Tip: Create a Bookmark in your Web Browser or on your Desktop for fast access to SimplySwim.

Enter the Username and Password which is also in the Welcome Email.

Tip: Become familiar with your site ID. When you need to contact support always include your site ID so our support team can get back to you more efficiently.

Forgot Your Username or Password?

Remember: Passwords and Usernames are case sensitive. Make sure you don't accidentally have your caps lock on.

If you forget your username or password, your first point of contact should be your centre / facility manager.  They will be able to let you know your username and reset your password for you if needed.

If you forget the administrator username or password, you will need to contact our Support team to have a password reset performed.  Your identity may need to be verified prior to us performing a password reset on the administrator account.
