Family Reference Label

This setting is found at:

Configuration -> System Setup -> Family / Student

Family Reference Label

This gives you an additional field in the Family Information screen. This is a free field that you can customise for information that you wish to record front-and-centre on the Family screen. 

Examples could be:

Deposit paid

Important Note

Bond Taken

etc.

This field does not display in the Customer Portal.

ON / Enabled

Enter the title of the field you wish to create without the colon. 

For example if you want the field to be called IMPORTANT NOTE you would enter this in the Family Reference Label Field, and this will display in the family information. You can access and add your info against this field by clicking on "Edit Family Name & Address".

OFF / Disabled

If left blank, you will only have the standard fields available on the Family Information screen.
