This setting is found at:
Configuration -> System Setup -> Customer Portal
Disable Contact Us
This setting gives you control over whether or not you allow families to contact you through the Customer Portal.
ON / Enabled
When enabled (ticked), the "Send a Message" option is not visible.
OFF / Disabled (Not ticked - RECOMMENDED SETTING)
When disabled (not ticked), the "Send a Message" option will be visible and families will be able to send you an email directly from the customer portal. This will go direct to your inbox (the email address in your Company Email setting).
