Default Statement Layout settings (Statements)

This setting is found at:

Configuration -> System Setup -> Statement

This article refers to three configuration settings:

Default Statement Layout (dropdown box)

Default E-Mail Template (dropdown box)

Default E-Mail Contact Type (dropdown box).

Default settings are shown below:

Default Statement Layout

You can change the selection in this field to see the statement layout options. Save changes and then view a Statement on a family.

Default E-Mail Template

This will appear as blank. This is correct. Your email template used is the "Statement E-Mail" in your SMS / E-Mail Message Templates.

Default E-Mail Template

This should be set to Email.
