Online Bookings allows families to do what they want at any time of the day or night - view availabilities themselves to book into classes online in the moment. This gets families through the door from their first point of contact, creating satisfied customers and increased numbers for your business.
SimplySwim's Online Bookings module centres around our industry-first Class Match Framework. By answering a few questions, families are easily guided to an appropriate enrolment outcome for each student matching the parameters you have configured.
How it works
Build your Class Match Framework - this is the series of questions a family will answer for each student to find a class.
This is a simple process. Look at your class levels and pick out those big picture milestones - don't focus on each individual skill. Use these larger milestones to create your questions to build your Class Match Framework.
Each question has a yes or no response only with clearly defined parameters and outcomes for each response type. You determine what that outcome is at each point - it could be to go to the next question, enrol into a class, a one-off booking, or perhaps enrol into an assessment or a call back timeslot.
In addition to these questions, you set parameters around age and default enrolment outcomes to determine the best match for each student.
This ground-breaking design means families do not need to read through a synopsis of every class level to take a best guess at the level most suitable to their student. Based on their answers to your questions, they are quickly guided to an appropriate enrolment outcome.
