Overview
Use this feature to block make-up bookings made via the customer portal into certain classes for dates that are not covered by a Public Holiday or Do Not Bill Period (for example, use for classes where a teacher is away with no replacement).

Before You Start
The below steps do not need to be actioned if there are already Public Holiday or Do Not Bill Periods in place, as these block make-up bookings.
How to add a Make-up Block Out Period
1. Go to Configuration → Block Make-up Booking Date Ranges and click on "Add Portal Make-up Booking Block Dates".
2. Enter a Description name.
3. Select a Start Date and Start Time.
4. Select an End Date and End Time.
5. (Optional) select the Fee Calculation Template(s) to block or leave on all if the block applies to all.
6. (Optional) select the Class Level(s) to block or leave on all if the block applies to all.
7. (Optional) select the Teacher(s) to block or leave on all if the block applies to all.
Repeat for each different make-up booking block required. Make-up blocks cannot be edited but can be removed and a replacement added.
