Before You Start
Message Templates can be created or edited from Administration → Edit Message Templates.

1. To type out and send an individual personalised message, click on the message type next to the contact value.
Note: Push Notifications will only be available if a family has at least one registered device.

2. Type the message in the message box and click "Send Message".
Note: Emails must include a Subject or they will not send.
Note: The Communication Subject for an SMS is recorded in the Communications log, only the message will send to the family.
How To Send an Individual Message Template
1. Click on "Template" next to the corresponding Contact Type for the message template type to be sent.
NOTE: Push Notifications will only be available if a family has at least one registered device.

2. Select the template to send from the dropdown menu and click "Send Template".

Email and SMS messages sent are recorded on the Communications log on the family's file.
Push Notifications sent are recorded in the "Devices & Notifications" section beneath the Family Contacts.
