Student Opt-in/Opt-Out Consent Policies can be designated to display a "Photo Consent" icon on the attendance screen.
What They Mean:
Green Camera Icon: Agree to photo consent
Red Camera Icon: Do Not consent
No Icon: has not answered.
Set Up:
1. Head to Policies in the Configuration Menu.
2. Create the Opt-in/Opt Out Consent policy per student. For Assistance refer to Policies and Agreements - Setup)
3. In the "Photography & Media Consent on Attendance Screen" section select the policy you would like to use as the Policy referenced.
