Redirect Families to New Family Portal

This is a legacy setting for sites created prior to June 2021 who were still using the original family portal.

ON / Enabled

When enabled (ticked), families will be redirected to the current portal version.  This is recommended for sites created prior to June 2021.

OFF / Disabled 

When disabled (not ticked), families will be on the old portal version unless they have been notified of the update by their centre.

For any sites created after June 2021, the "old" portal was not available and this configuration setting does not need to be actioned.
