Make-up Reminders

These settings are found at:

Configuration -> System Setup -> Scheduling

1. Days in Advance for Make-up Reminders

Controls the number of days in advance to send out automatic reminders for a booked make-up lesson, either via SMS or E-Mail, depending on your configured settings for make-up lesson reminders (below).

2. Send SMS Make-up reminder

When this box is ticked (enabled), an automatic make-up reminder will be sent via SMS the number of days in advance as configured above.

When this box is not ticked (disabled), no reminder is sent via this method.

The SMS message used for this reminder is found at Configuration -> E-Mail / SMS Templates  -> Make-up class reminder SMS.

3. Send E-Mail Make-up reminder

When this box is ticked (enabled), an automatic make-up reminder will be sent via E-Mail the number of days in advance as configured above.

When this box is not ticked (disabled), no reminder is sent via this method.

The E-Mail message used for this reminder is found at Configuration -> E-Mail / SMS Templates  -> Make-up class reminder E-Mail.
