Automatic Expiry of Make-up Classes

This setting is found at:

Configuration -> System Setup -> System

This article refers to two linked configuration settings:

Expire Unused Make-up Classes (tick box)

Days to Expire Unused Make-ups (text field).

Days to Expire Unused Make-ups

Enter a number of days for make-up lessons to be automatically expired.

In the example above, make-up lessons will automatically expire 90 days after the date they were earned.

NOTE:

- the box to "Expire unused make-up classes" must also be ticked to trigger the automatic expiry

- automatic expiry does not apply to manually added "ad-hoc" make-ups.  

Expire Unused Make-up Classes

ON / Enabled

When enabled (ticked), make-up classes earned by students will automatically expire after the number of days configured.  

OFF / Disabled 

When disabled (not ticked), make-up classes will not expire automatically, even if there is a number of days entered in the accompanying field as this configuration setting works in tandem.
