Your customers will receive their statements as a PDF file attached to your "Statement E-mail" template. You will want to ensure your statement e-mail has the correct information in it before you send these out to customers.
You can either:
a. Use the template that SimplySwim has automatically entered.
b. Adjust the template to however you wish with the intention for this statement e-mail to stay the same each term. See example below.

Please find attached your statement for this terms swimming lessons.

c. Adjust the statement e-mail each term to add in new information about the term, public holidays, events, pool closures, start and end dates. See Example Below.
Dear Mrs Smith,
Please find attached your statement for Term 2 2018 swimming lessons.
Term 2 will commence Monday 1st May and finalise Sunday 29th June.
Please note: customers with children swimming on the following dates, there will be no swimming due to the public holiday and pool maintenance closure. You fee's have been adjusted to reflect this.
Monday 8th May - Public Holiday
Friday 24th May - Pool Maintenance

To view your statement e-mail and make any changes see instructions below.
1. Go to the "Configuration" tab.
2. Under "Communication Preferences" click on "E-Mail/SMS Templates"
3. Click on the yellow folder next to "Statement E-Mail. This will enable you to edit the statement e-mail.
4. You can now start to edit your statement e-mail. Make sure you leave the fields in between the %% as this is an autofill function. Once you have made your changes, click the blue "Save Message Template" and you are now ready to send out the customer's statements.
