If you do not want your customers to be billed for Public Holidays, you will need to add the Public Holiday dates into your system configuration. The system will then automatically calculate the students fee's based on how many Public Holidays fall within your billing cycle and bill accordingly.


IMPORTANT NOTE: If you run Squad programs and they are billed on certain days of the week, enter your Public Holidays in as Do Not Bill Periods instead of Public Holidays, as adding a Public Holiday will block these dates for all students, whereas with Do Not Bill Periods, you can select the Fee Calculation Templates you wish not to charge (see: Do Not Bill Periods).



1. Click on the "Configuration" tab.



2. Under "Class Setup" Click on "Public Holidays". 



3. Click on the green "Add Public Holiday" button.



4. Enter in the public holidays you DO NOT wish to bill for. 



Please Note: Do not put an apostrophe in for the Queens Birthday as the system will not pick this up.
