This guide explains how to send Statements to families in bulk or individually.

Before You Start
Invoices need to have been generated.
Any transactions that fall within the billed period will display in the current section. Any transactions prior to the start date of the billed period will display as a opening balance.
Ensure message templates have been updated if needed. We recommend keeping messaging generic so updates can be kept to a minimum.

How to Send Statements in Bulk
1. Go to Administration → Send Bulk Statements by E-Mail.
2. To send to ALL Active families, no selections need to be made.
OR
Filter your selection based on the options by ticking the box next to each option you wish to use. When filtering by Fee Calculation Template or Membership Type, the box must be ticked AND a selection made from your templates / memberships.
3. Click "Send Now".
Statements will be queued to send.
How to Send Individual Family Statements
1. Go to the family and click on "Statement".
2. Click on "E-Mail Statement".
The statement will be emailed to the Financial Contact.
