Adding in an image to your email footer is a great way to constantly get the message out about the SimplyPortal app.
An example of it is below. Images used in the footer are attached and the links directly to SimplyPortal in the App Store and on Google Play are below.
To Edit your footer go to Configuration --> Company Setup and you will find your Email footer editor.
Use the Insert Image Icon (highlighted in the pink box) to upload the images.
Then highlight the Image and click the Link Icon (highlighted in orange) and copy the appropriate links into the URL.
