Step 2: Portal Booking Group (Online Program Bookings)

Once you have laid your ground work for your Holiday Intensives with your Step 1: Prep Work (Online Program Bookings), you are ready for the next step to create your Portal Booking Group.


From your Configuration Screen under the 'Customer / Family Portal' heading, click on 'Program Booking Groups (Holiday Bookings)'.


Next click 'Add Portal Booking Group'.


Here you need to add in a Description for the Portal Booking Group. This is your overarching group name that you will add your programs into, not your specific intensives classes. An example for your group name could be "2024 Easter Holiday Intensives".


You have the option to include some Booking Terms & Conditions here. 

To add these, tick the box and enter your conditions in the Terms & Conditions field.

If you do not wish to include any Terms & Conditions, do not tick the box and leave the text field blank. You can come back and add these later.


Click 'Save Family Portal Booking Group'.



You will then see on the Family Portal Booking Programs screen that your newly created Program Group is listed but not yet published (available) in the portal.
