You have made it to the final steps in publishing your Online Program Bookings. Before they go live in your customer portal you need to:
1. Invoice your Holiday Intensives Fee Calculation Template for the date range of your holiday program. This is to create your attendance places.

2. Lastly go to Configuration -> Program Booking Groups (Holiday Bookings) and click on the name of the Booking Group you wish to publish.
Tick the box 'Published / Display in Family Portal' and then 'Save Portal Booking Group'.
You programs are now published in your customer portal and able to be booked.

The family's home page will now include any published programs and bookings can be made via the Home screen...
...or the Student's screen
Each Student in the family would display any available Programs that allow the student's level. They would click 'Book' to see all programs offered...
...and choose their time. They must complete their booking in the time displayed.
Clicking next will show the program they have selected. They can change their selection of click Next...
...to choose from the payment options you have configured.
Booking is not confirmed until they have selected a payment method and clicked on the green "Confirm Booking"...
...where the final confirmation will display. Classes will display in the upcoming attendances on the student.
