Step 1: Prep Work (Online Program Bookings)

To enable your Online Program Bookings, you first need to do some prep work.


1️⃣  Create your intensives classes and enrolment templates as you normally would.

       - Make sure you have a separate Fee Calculation Template and Price Level for your intensives classes / clinics.

       - If you need assistance with this step, refer to this article: Setting Up Holiday Programs


2️⃣  Create a POS Item. 

      Note: you only need to do this once.

       - Add in the Description, e.g. "Holiday Intensives". 

       - The sell price needs to be 0.00 (exact pricing per program is set elsewhere). 

       - Select your applicable Category, Tax and Revenue Types.
