Sales Complete EliteIn some circumstance you may wish to limit the Attendance Screen to only show classes for the Teacher that is logging into SimplySwim.
Ensure both a User and Teacher have been created in SimplySwim. Once created, edit the Teacher updating the 'SimplySwim User Profile' field.
This step links the Teacher to a specific User. To keep a Teacher showing for all users, leave the User Profile field set to '-- No User Selected --'.
When all the required linking has been done, the function will need to be enabled in Configuration -> System Setup. The view on the Attendance screen will only be limited once the setting is enabled.
Configuration > System Setup > Scheduling
When enabled, records on the Attendance screen will only display for the Teacher linked to the User profile. When this filtering is being performed a note is displayed at the end of the Attendance Screen.
