This setting is found at:
Configuration -> System Setup -> Enrollment
Show Only Classes with Vacancies
When enabled (box ticked), only classes that have vacancies will be available to choose from on the enrolment screen.
ON / Enabled (recommended)
When enrolling a student, only classes with vacancies will display.
Any classes that are full for the date range being viewed will not be visible from the enrolment screen.
OFF / Disabled
When enrolling a student, ALL classes in your schedule will display regardless of if they are full or have vacancies.
