This setting is found at:
Configuration -> System Setup -> Enrollment
Set Students Level by Enrollment
When enabled (box ticked), you can enrol students without setting their level and instead tick the box to set the student level to match the level of the class.
ON / Enabled
The option to set the student's level to match the class level they are being enrolled into will display when enrolling a student.
OFF / Disabled
The option to set the student's level to match the class level is not displayed.
