You can communicate with your wait list either to an individual family (by saved template) or by bulk in a communication campaign.
When creating your email template us the merge field %%CurrentWaitingListRequests%%
This will insert the Student Name, requested level, Requested Day and requested time into the email as per below.

Bulk Communication to Wait List
To send in Bulk you can use the new Communication Campaign filters to send to Wait List by
- Day of the Week
- Priority
- Level
- Teacher
IMPORTANT NOTE:
As people on the waitlist can be both "Active" & "Inactive" it is important to remove the Family Status, Student Status & Enrolment Status if you would like ti to go to everyone.
If you would like it to go to Active OR Inactive people only you can keep the conditions and select the appropriate option.
