Enable / Allow Billing Hold Functions

This setting is found at:

Configuration -> System Setup -> System

Billing holds are generally only required if you offer Global Family Discounts where ALL students in a family receive a discount if they have over X number of students in the family and you are enrolling these students for the first time.

Enable Billing Hold Functions & Allow Billing Hold for Existing Families

ON / Enabled

When both the "Enable Billing Hold Functions" AND "Allow Billing Hold for Existing Families" are BOTH enabled (ticked), you will be able to "Apply Billing Calculation Hold" to a Family from the Family screen.

Billing Hold function becomes available on the Family Screen when enabled:

OFF / Disabled

When disabled (not ticked), the "Apply Billing Calculation Hold" action will not be visible from the Family screen.
