This setting is found at:
Configuration -> System Setup -> Statement
This article refers to two linked configuration settings:
Display Pay In Person Information (tick box)
Pay In Person Statement Text (text field).
Pay In Person Statement Text
Enter any "Pay in person" details you may wish to include on your statements.
EXAMPLE
Payments can be made over the counter via EFTPOS, Credit Card or cash.
Display Pay In Person Information
ON / Enabled
When enabled (ticked), any "Pay In Person Statement Text" you have entered will display on your Statements.
OFF / Disabled
When disabled (not ticked), any "Pay In Person" text will not display on your statements.
