These settings are found at:
Configuration -> System Setup -> Payments and Receipts
Automatically Print Receipt on Payment
Enabled / On
When enabled / on (box ticked) receipts will automatically print on payment.
You must have a compatible printer. Refer to: Printing Receipts with SimplySwim.
Disabled / Off
When the box is not ticked, you will manually be able to print receipts but they will not automatically print.
Automatically SMS Receipt on Payment
Enabled / On
When enabled / on (box ticked) receipts will automatically be sent via SMS to the Family's Finance contact on payment.
You must have an SMS Account enabled in your site. If you do not have an account but would like one, please contact Support to set this up.
Disabled / Off
When the box is not ticked, you will manually be able to SMS receipts but they will not automatically send.
Automatically E-Mail Receipt on Payment
Enabled / On
When enabled / on (box ticked) receipts will automatically be sent via E-Mail to the Family's Finance contact on payment.
Disabled / Off
When the box is not ticked, you will manually be able to E-Mail receipts but they will not automatically send.
