Price Matrix Maximum(s)

Price Level Matrices are used to offer tiered class pricing based on the number of Students in a Family and the number of Classes a Student is Enrolled in.  These settings define the Maximum number of Students / Enrolments for any Price Matrix where a tiered discount would apply.  

Price Matrix Maximum Classes

This value is the maximum number of Class Enrolments a Price Matrix is allowed to Display for configuration and use.

Suggested Value: 10

Price Matrix Maximum Students

This value is the maximum number of Students a Price Matrix is allowed to Display for configuration and use.

Suggested Value: 6

Below is an example of how a Price Level Matrix would be displayed if the Suggested Values were applied.  

These values may need to be changed for centres catering to larger families (more than 6 students in a Family) or where a single Student could be enrolled in more than 10 classes at the same time.
