How To: Configure Autopay Direct Debit

Modified on Mon, 19 Oct at 1:27 PM

Overview

Autopay completely automates the direct debit process.

When enabled, Autopay will automatically create, process, receipt and close regular recurring direct debit batches, removing manual processing and handling.

Autopay can be configured for payment frequencies of:

  • 7 days (weekly)
  • 14 days (fortnightly)
  • 21 days (3-weekly)
  • 28 days (4-weekly).

Direct debits run on specific dates (e.g. the 1st of every month) or specific days (e.g. the first Monday of every month) cannot be configured for Autopay and would still require manual direct debit handling.
