Receipt Printer Troubleshooting

If your receipt printer has stopped working please check the following;

Step 1. Make sure you are using Google Chrome as your web browser

Step 2. In your browser address bar the SimplySwim url should display as not secure


If it is displaying with a padlock symbol next to the url double click on the SimplySwim url and remove the s from the https. Your SimplySwim url should now display as Not Secure.

Step 3. Unplug your receipt printer and wait 10 seconds and then re-plug the printer back in.

The receipt printer should then print a slip of paper displaying an IP address.

Step 4. Go to configurations/Workstation settings, the IP address displayed here should match the IP address on the printed piece of paper. If it doesn't please change the IP address so it matches the IP address on the printed piece of paper and then select save Workstation Settings


Your receipt printer should now print.
