Customer Portal Login Issues

If the below error message has occurs it mean either of the following,

1. There us NO RECORD of the customers e-mail they are trying to log in with

2. There are two family files with a DUPLICATE e-mail address.

Please see image below.

To correct the following, go to the quick search field and type in the customer e-mail address and select "search by contact value" then press enter. See image below.

If two or more e-mail address come up on the list you need to go through the families and delete the e-mail of the family you are not using in the system. If there is no e-mail address then you will need to search the family and add their e-mail address to the families contacts.
