NEW FEATURE - Notify Non-Attendance of a Make-up Lesson through Family Portal

You told us that you were spending too much time answering phone calls and emails from your customers who wanted to notify you that they could not attend a booked make-up lesson. They couldn't mark the absence themselves and this created unnecessary extra work for you and your staff. 

With our latest SimplySwim update, your customers are now able to notify a non-attendance of all lesson types through the Family Portal - including a booked make-up lesson. 

They will not receive another make-up for the absence (you don't get a make-up for a make-up). 

Please note, this is not configurable but, as always, you can manually add a make-up onto the family account if you deem it appropriate.
