Bank Account Direct Debit no longer supported for invoice payments

Effective 10 February 2017 Thumbtack Media / SimplySwim will no longer accept or process payments via Bank Account Direct Debit.


We are asking clients that currently pay by Bank Account Direct Debit to switch to automated credit card payments. All major credit cards are accepted (VISA / MasterCard / American Express).


You can easily update your payment preferences here (https://myaccount.simplyswim.com.au/). Once logged in, go to 'Billing -> Manage Credit Card'.


In order to keep your credit card information secure, we do not directly process credit card transactions nor do we store your credit card number. We rely on the services of our payment processor Stripe for all payment processing.
