Changes to Credit Card payment processing

We are making some important changes to the way we process credit card payments for SimplySwim subscription invoices.


In order to keep your credit card information secure, we do not directly process credit card transations nor do we store your credit card number. We rely on the services of our payment processor.  


On Monday 6th February 2017 we will migrate to our new credit card payment processor, Stripe.  


This means that on or after Monday 6th February 2017 you will need to update your credit card details for your SimplySwim subscription - even if you've already provided them previously. As we do not store your card information we are not able to move these details to our new payment processor. 


You can easily update your credit card details here (https://myaccount.simplyswim.com.au/). Once logged in, go to 'Billing -> Manage Credit Card'.
